Basment air

Besides cleaning the filter is there anything else needed to be done to basement air for maintenance

I'm not sure there is a condensate pan on a basement air----condensate water just falls on the ground.

X2 on checking the rubber drain. It has a rubber tab on the bottom, just wiggle the tab back and forth.

Just make sure the rubber drain is not plugged.
