Basment air

Besides cleaning the filter is there anything else needed to be done to basement air for maintenance

X2 on checking the rubber drain. It has a rubber tab on the bottom, just wiggle the tab back and forth.

Just make sure the rubber drain is not plugged.

Keep air passage clear and clean outside grill free from bugs etc.
