If you park it in your own driveway or property, a basic electric fence charger attached to the chassis.
Has worked for me for years, even when I lived in Miami.
It also acts as an alarm when they touch it and scream. It doesn't really hurt anything, just a sudden shock when you are not expecting it.

Since I park on a gravel pad, I've been thinking about digging 8" depressions where the wheels go, just enough to lower the frame to where nothing hits the ground, but the edge of the coach body is so low that a person couldn't slide underneath.

Search for the Cat Strap. It's what I used after I wasted three months battling with the insurance company, waiting for parts, waiting for the schedule to open up at a truck repair shop, and paying the $375 deductible.
I installed it myself in under 30 minutes.

KD has your answer. Slow thieves down and they’ll move on. I padlock and chain everything…next trailer without padlocks and chain is easier.

I've heard of people building a metal cage around it, wrapping it in barbed wire, putting a steel plate underneath of it, etc. In the end it's more about giving thieves the idea that yours is too hard to take (not impossible) so they move to an easier target.

Did you do a Google search?
There are several sites about protecting your Catalytic Converter.

Another Site.

There's no guarantee it won't get stolen but, if you make it more difficult the thief will probably move on to another victim.
