class C with motor cycle storage

I was told there is a travel trailer where the back comes down and makes a ramp and the bed is lifted up against the ceiling making room for a motor cycle.

Is there such a thing in class C?

Gulf Stream also had a Toy Hauler called Endura Max. Seems they used same name for 5th wheels that were toy haulers. But the Endura was a Super C.

Jayco had a Seneca 35TM or maybe it was 35ZX in 2006-08 or so with the toy hauler configuration. Ran into a guy with two Harleys one time. Lots of space.

If you cannot find a toy hauler to your satisfaction, try an Iron Horse Trailer. Some times you can find one on eBay - Iron Horse on eBay.

Lightweight, completely enclosed, no gasoline fumes, great resale value are some of the attractions.

I love my Excalibur that is no longer made.

Weight can be a real issue, especially with cruisers. We went with a tandem axle enclosed trailer as we have two Harleys and the weight between both bikes (almost 2,000 pounds) would have been a real problem and severally affect handling. Now the bikes are out of site and out of the weather and we have plenty of extra storage with no handling problems. Plus a full rear bedroom as sometimes the bikes don't come along.

One concern. when i purchased my 29' B+, it turned out that my rear axle weight was almost at max out the door which leaves me very little to carry. Putting a motorcycle over the rear axle would be a problem. hopefully that have figured that out otherwise they would not make one. but do pay attention to the weight issue.

And if you had say a 26 ft regular C you could have a ramp built off the back. You loose your sleeping and batroom spaces tho.

I have also seen a bus conversion that had a ramp/holding area for two big bikes in back.

Remember that there are some problems with a toyhauler that does not have a separate garage area. Fumes from fuel tanks etc can limit what you can do when loaded such as cooking etc. There was a write up on one of these some years ago in a motorcycle magazine, but I believe it had the separate garage.

A 25 or 26 E450 will give you the cc you need.

I think you are talking about horsepower, right ?
If you look at the spec's on the example given, it IS on a 450 chassis.

I think the "bed on the ceiling" is quite common with 5th wheel toy haulers but I haven't seen one in a C. If you find one, please let us know.

not looking for small toad trailer
there is a full size light weight that converts the back bed room into a toy hauler by suspending the queen bed into the ceiling. Very clever but can't seek to find

Small motorcycle can go on a rack. Large one not so. Plus if it's a 30 footer you don't have the cc.

I "converted" my C to a toy hauler by adding a small trailer.

There are some new considerations to learn with a trailer but it has worked good for me.

What you're looking for is a "toy hauler," an RV with a sort of garage area in the back. Thor makes a class C toy hauler (the Outlaw). I don't think they have any drop-down bunks in the back, though there are some folding sofa/bed units available.
