Need to know what the cost will be traveling East on 80/90 toll road. We are getting on in Indiana at exit 101 and getting off at exit 142 in Ohio. We are in a class A RV pulling a Toad. I have went to different web sites trying to figure it out but they or confusing to me.
We will be paying cash since we don't have a pass.
Thanks for all comments!

No account fees for my Virginia EZ-Pass. Have three transponders, two daily drivers and the coach, all on the same account.

Back to the OP's question, if I used the correct vehicle info and entry/exit points from the Ohio and Indian Turnpike web site the Ohio part of the trip will be $20.50. Ohio Toll Calculator. Indiana $20.10 Indiana Toll Calculator.

Thanks for the information!

Try US 20 through Indiana, much prettier. That is our preferred route.

Nonsense. I-Pass (Illinois) doesn't charge any fee at all, just tolls (maybe that's why they are having fiscal problems ;-)). I've gone 1 to 2 years without using it since I live in Florida. No extra charges.

Suggest you get the pass. Just came through Houston on the toll road. No pass so we used cash. Every toll booth had about three lanes for passes, one for cash exact amount and one foe cash and making change. The one foe cash with change was always the far right lane. Absolutely a pain in the derrier to get across about 3 lanes as you left the booth to get back in the flow of traffic and not be forced into an exit only lane, the toll booths were at least 6 inches wider than my motor home mirrors leaving 3 inches each side. (That's what it seemed anyway) a pass would have made my white knuckle experience a little easier.

I have had my I-Pass for many years and move it from car to RV and it goes many months at a time with no use. As long as I have the cars and MH listed. It counts axles and has always charged proper fee with no charges in used months. I got it when SIL had cancer and we made frequent trips. As soon as I got it she died.

I Pass takes an initial deposit ( $20 or $30) to be used against tolls. If you have multiple transponders ( wife has one, I have one) there is one account. There is no charge for anything except tolls. We can go for months without using it and our account balance stays the same.In August we were charged $5.00 for tolls, July was $34.65 with MH on trip to Oshkosh, WI. EZ Pass may work differently.

According to the terms on their website, NY does not list any maintenance fees of any sort if you have your statements delivered by email and have the account linked to a credit card. You do have to maintain a floating balance in the account, but I don't see any indication that it goes away over time. (They do also have a link-to-checking-account variant that doesn't keep a floating balance.)

Note that this is different than getting it through the NY/NJ Port Authority, which does charge maintenance fees.

I think there are other states that also have no annual or monthly fees, at least with certain plans or payment setups.

Until then, we will just continue to by=pass the toll roads. We like the scenery better anyway.

We have a classic coach that has six tires. Toll takers are so dumb that they think it has three axles. I doesn't. The rear four are one the same axle (By SAE engineering standards), but are tandem instead of dual.

I Pass transponder is free. Using I Pass in IL saves you 50% on tolls.

In June I paid $20.00 from IN/OH line to Ohio exit 151. Looking at toll charges, you would pay $18.75 to exit 142 using I Pass, $24.25 without.

X2 Ipass makes it easier and less painful! You don't see the cost until later:)
