Freightliner Hubcap

We were camped for two months at one campground in Massachusetts, using it as a base to visit friends and family from New Hampshire to Rhode Island. Sometimes we were away for 2 or 3 days.

When it came time to leave, I went to check the pressure on all the tires and found that someone had "borrowed" the Freightliner hubcap and several lug nut covers from the right rear tire. My RV is a 2002 Winnebago Journey, and I don't want to buy a brand new cap, if possible. I've replaced the small caps as they are available at most truck stops.

Does anyone know of an RV salvage yard that might have such an item?

Thanks,

Paul

Check out fleetwheel.com they have some good prices, I lost a front and the little center piece was missing from the other front so I ended up getting 2 new fronts, solid w/o the little center piece that disappears all the time. Cost was about 1/2 what fleetwood charges.

Tinkerer...Thanks for the tip. I should have thought of that.

Ranger Smith.....We were camped in Carver. Don't want to give the campground a bad name because they are very nice and accommodating, especially with our three Labs.

45Richochet....it's the center "pot", but not a top hat.

Thanks to all for your input. Going to check a few salvage yards first.

You want stainless steel lug nut covers. Don't let the Freightliner ealer tell you this is all we have, a big bin of cheap Chinese plated stuff that fits loose and will rust the second time it rains.
They have the number in their catalog. They cost more.
Also don't buy the cheapie hubcover.
You are talking about dual rear wheels with aluminum wheels?
The big hub cover cost a pretty penny so don't settle for chap junk that will rust. OEM is stainless.
The Freightliner center cap for the hub cover is also not cheap.
That's the reason they stole yours.

Is it the rear top hat or a entire wheel cap?
