Front curtain dandruff

We have a 2011 Winnebago and the front cab curtains appear to have some sort of dandruff problem. We keep getting white flakes on the dashboard. Talked with the factory and they have never heard of this before. They suggested it maybe some leftover debris coming out of the defroster vents but I don't believe that is the case. There does not seem to be anything in the track causing it. They suggested putting a piece of screen over the vents to see if that is the source but have not had a chance to try it yet. No we have not tried washing them with Head and Shoulders. Anybody out there ever seen this?

Another possibility: If the curtains are lined with a synthetic insulating fabric, heat and sunlight could be causing them to deteriorate.

Ah, Murphy's law in effect. Check ABOVE the curtains for a gap between the frame and the upper cabinets. Perhaps it's some kind of brake down of foam in insulation that's raining down.

Never seen this either, the owner help line is outstanding and if they have not seen it you can take that to the bank.
