I'm set to change out both fuel filters on my cummins isc. I have searched googled and forum probed, and found nothing. I was hoping for utube or at least a good engine layout. 2007 hr ambassador
thanks as always

You do not pre-fill the fuel filters On a ISC or a ISL as it has an electric fuel pump. Turn the key on for 30 seconds back off and on three times and that will fill the filters with fuel.

On mine, I just prefill the filters prior to installing. The water seperator has to be changed wet, in other words, the fuel keeps spilling out. Just have a good catch pan. Be sure the area is clean so dirt won't drop in anything. Go through the procedure to prime the fuel system prior to starting.

Just changed mine today on 2002 HR 40' ISC 330. water separator/filter cartridge by the jack reservoir is Racor S3201T. The one on the side of the block, curbside, is a Baldwin BW1272-sps. both are best serviced on my rig from below using a filter wrench that is driven by a ratchet through a long extension. drain the filters before loosening and you will just get dripped on. Have a container handy to pour remaining in. Also... coolant filter/SCA charge is Baldwin5071. Hope this helps. TB

Mine is the cummins ISB and it has the two fuel filters inline just aft of the transmission on the right side. Easy access, the spinoff filter was easy, but the water separator won't stop draining fuel so I can't change it.

If you have any old service records / invoices, the filter part numbers should be on them. When you buy them, buy extra fuel filters (and carry them in the MH with you) in case you get a bad batch of diesel.

I have a 2006 Monaco knight with the cummins ISC. There are two filters, one behind the ac condenser near the pump for the hydraulic jacks, the other is hidden. The best way to get to the second filter is to remove the panel to the right of the radiator and it is behind there. This is if you have a rear radiator! Hopefully this helps you since Monaco and holiday rambler were the same.
