I saw these things on TV. I was wondering if they would help us improve our gas milage (if they actually work).

Any thoughts on this or other ways to improve gas milage?

As competitive as it is today for RV manufacturers or automobile manufacturers just for the bragging rights to claim they get 1/10 MPG more than the other guys and the amount of big bucks engineering they have to make those claims...its going to be very difficult for somebody to come up with something you stick onto a car that will convince me there is merit in a gadget.
I think that a good coat of wax will do as much good as the pods.

And they have special magnets that are attracted to fiberglass.

Remember the vortex/tornado you could put in your carb to allow fuel to enter the carb with more velocity?

And I think someone else already said it, but I have 5 of these on the top of mine already. They are called clearance lights. Thank goodness they are there or I am certain I'd be getting 3mpg instead of the 8-9 I get now.

Hey, let's not be so hard on the guy -- I think he's on to something. It says on the Web page that "for every gallon of gas saved, 19.4 lbs of CO2 are prevented from entering the atmosphere". Since a gallon of gas only weighs about six pounds, these things are obviously creating matter!

the O2 part of CO2 is not in the gas it comes from the air. Since 2 Oxygens combine with the C in the gas you should expect the weight of CO2 to be a lot more than the gasoline.

I would expect these silly thing may or may not provide some minimal improvement like air tabs

I suppose those that don't want magnetic tail lights on a toad cause they will scratch up the surface, also won't want these magnetic ones?

put a set on your RV and another set on your toad and you will manufacture gasoline?

Hay guys if they don't work for air drag you can put them on your gas lines because they have built in magnets, and we all know that magnets on gas lines work......!!!!!!!!

What makes these different from AirTabs? Same concept it looks like and people are bragging on this forum how good they are.

As for car designs, the designs they have now are "aerodynamic". They knew about them years ago but release them slowly to keep selling us something. Who's the snake oil salesman?

Its hard to take the Pods seriously. Anything that is held on by magnets???
If one really thought that there was anything legit about them, you could just buy a bunch of plastic Easter eggs and split them in half and silicone them into place for about 2 bucks.

or buy one, make a mold and cast a bunch.
