I just replaced my 6 G670 with Hankook AH11. The G670 were going to cost me almost $500 each plus mounting, etc.
I researched others for the same ratings and the Hankook AH11 was impressive. I paid $313 each plus mounting, spin balance, and tax.
The old tires were 10 years old with 21,000 miles and looked like new with no cracks, bulges, or anything else to signal a need to replace them. BUT, as I was washing the rig prior to a trip I noticed a piece of rubber flaking off the tread. Closer inspection revealed a lot of dry, crumbling rubber sloughing off the front tire treads. I checked with a local heavy truck tire center and they confirmed these types of tires should be replaced at about 7,000-8,000 mile. They deal in almost all lines of tires and they suggested the Hankook over the Goodyears for nearly $200 per tire less. I checked with another tire dealer and got basically the same suggestion.
So far I am very pleased.
