Jacks stopped working

Our Jacks just stopped working with no prior issues. We travel in a 2012 Winnebago Journey. Called Winnebago and they said they may have timed out. They suggested holding the start and retract buttons at the same time. Did not help. Anyone have any idea what else to try? Thanks.

On my older HWH levelers there is a resettable circuit breaker in the engine compartment..... has always brought them back to life.

I have the HWH jacks on my rig, and just had to have the whole electrical board replaced. The jacks would go down but not release to retract. The solenoids become too hot to touch.
Are you getting lights to the control panel? If they are HWH jacks are you getting light in the control box?
HWH does have a technical support line.

Are you sure that you have all of the interlocks satisfied? Does the jack system require the emergency brake to be on? Trans in park? Engine running? Not knowing what system you have, limits the answers here. Good luck.

I assume your key pad is lighting up??If pad not lighting then maybe the power supply fuse to pad is blown?
