I'm running 245/70R19.5 Kelly KSR under a Ford F53 chassis with no problems after 18,000 miles and just starting year 3. From my observations they pick up about 10-15 PSI while on the road and will generally run 10-20 degrees warmer than ambient air temp. Unable to make a comparison since these are the only tires I had on the coach. I'm happy with them and the price was within my budget.
Kelly has been a sub of Goodyear for a long time and in general terms Kelly tires benefit from the Goodyear R&D efforts. I compare it to buying store brand canned food over name brand. Same stuff inside, probably same production line just a different label.
