Monaco Recalls

Just purchased a 2007 Monaco Dynasty Countess III. While it is beautiful, I wonder if there have been any recalls over the years and if they were adequately addressed or if any are still outstanding. Is there any way of finding this information?

Navistar sent everyone the movable pedals part since the recall wasn't paid by them (how charitable)....

There was a recall on one type of steering box and another that had something to do with the movable pedals. Neither were serious. The models well below the Dynasty had the trailing arm recalls.

In 10 years I have not received any recalls from Monaco on my 04. The only other recall has been for my Norcold.

We have owned our '08 Dynasty since April of 2007 and have never received a recall notice to date.

Because, the OLD Monaco went out of business 3/5/2009. Doug

You can still get a list of any recalls for your Model and year.

2007 was pre bankruptcy. ANY RECALL is void and not covered after Monaco went out of business. You can get a list of recalls for your specific RV, but IF it was a Roadmaster/Monaco/HR built part and recall, YOU will have to buy the recall parts and pay to have them installed. Once Monaco went out of business, ALL recalls and TSB's were voided. Monaco went under 3/5/2009. The NEW Monaco, is not responsible for the OLD Monaco problems or recalls. Doug

you could even go the NHTSA.gov site....there is a way in there to check if any recall was issued but not if it was done...you also could call Monaco Tech Support with coach # and they can tell you anything about the coach.
