I'm am looking for an easy in/out spot for an overnighter on I-10 near Tallahassee. A pull thru camp site would be my first choice, but a truck stop, wal mart, etc. would be okay also. It will be late at night so it must be easy to navigate to. Any suggestions?

One night I stayed at a rest area near Thallahassee. Got there at around 22:00 at night, other campers where there, this a security area and I never been bothered, so where the others.

If you would rather stay in a campground, there is one about 2-3 miles south of this Flying J on Hwy 90. On the right hand side of the road. I have stayed at both and are very nice and in a decent area of town. This Exit is east of Tallahassee.

that can be a VERY busy J and the front lot for RV parking is relatively small. plan to be there fairly early in the day if you plan to stop there for the night.

we've stayed overnight at the Big Oak RV Park. it's quiet and clean.

Tallahassee RV park is the one I would select. Pull thrus. I would call and make reservations and have them assign you a site and tell them you are arriving late so they can give you the site number.

You might try the Home Depot at exit 196. About a quarter of a mile off the interstate. If you are a Moose member, the lodge next door to the Home Depot has water and electric sites for about $10.00 a night. You must enter from the Home Depot though.

There is a Flying J on the west side and we have stayed there several times. Never had a problem and there is plenty of space, both RV in front and truck in back. We have stayed in both areas.

There is a KOA on the east side you can see from I-10, but have no idea how you access it.
