We are planning on replacing our mattress. Our Winny only has a plywood box the mattress sits on. We need one with good back support. Your suggestions will be appreciated.

www.bedinabox.com they make an RV Queen 11" deep with gel that is firmer than most memory foam and the gel keeps you nice and cool. Comes shipped in a box and you take the box in the RV, open the box, carefully cut the plastic shrink wrap and voila! instant bed. Love it!! Don't get the 9" and don't get the one without gel if you want to be cooler. We got ours on sale. Weighs 70 lbs if I recall.

Could never get the Sleep Number mattress to work correctly after a warranty replacement (would not inflate correctly, wands not working then one side went flat). Threw the piece of junk in the garbage and bought a new king size Beauty Rest pillow-top mattress... heaven!

Billy, I had one of those Bed In A Box memory foam and thought we liked it. Was in the stick house. But memory foam draws the sweat right out of my body!!! Anyway, decided to put it in the coach, and we got a new mattress from the closest local mattress factory. It has cool Gel Infused in the Memory Foam. This locally manufactured mattress is much more comfortable than the Bed In The Box internet mattress, and the best part is that it does not draw sweat from my body. So we are going to be buying one for the motorhome too! I don't know if they do internet or phone sales, but you are best going to the factory and trying them out. http://www.jamestownmattress.com/

Same here. At home we have a sleep number with a memory foam topper so we did the same in the mh. Can't tell the difference.

Do you like the one in your house? If so, get one like it. I did and I sleep the same at home or in the RV.

We suggest one of these: Memory Foam
My wife has serious back issues and she says it helps a lot.
I like it too. Firm, but contours to you.
