We want to spend Valentine's Day at a rv resort that has a lounge and music entertainment. Want to be close to the walk that surrounds the lake. I have found the KOA that sounds nice. Any recommendations would be helpful.

The Okeechobee KOA is perfect, but expensive. The Shanty has live music every night which was a plus for us. Easy access to the Herbert Hoover dike to cycle or walk and flea markets. Saw an eagle yesterday. Walking distance to restaurants. Of course a golf course and much more. My hubby said the check in was not very cordial. Very pleased with the sight.

Roland Martin's rv park is an absolute dive! Uneven, rock strewn and unpaved surfaces, BIG chuck holes, dead weeds, old antiquated hookup connections and, the worst is absolutely no oversight of the facility. People did whatever they wanted to without any consideration for their neighbors. His store and bar nearby has food and music which was entertaining. Bring mosquito spray. I wouldn't do it again!

We used to go to the Big O RV PK.
Right on the canal by the lake. They used to have dinners and games in the main building.
