Still, I'm sure it's not as cold as it would have been and I'm sure it will heat up faster once you turn back on the full force..
I have the Oxygenetics shower head with the trickle valve but I still get a blast of cold when I set it to full force again?

Do you find the smaller head gives more water pressure over a larger shower head. I replaced my shower head when we first bought our used 2006 Georgetown 340 as the original was leaking when we flushed the RV antifreeze.
I was wonder if I need to go to a smaller shower head to get more pressure at the head (could this be a water restriction problem with a fixed regulator at the water hook up?)

The Oxygenics shower head is great, their hose connections are of poor quality. This is a common issue. They crack at the collar and start squirting everywhere. I've replaced mine twice.

Yes, but make sure you turn it OFF when you're done. If you leave the coach with the water on, you might wish you hadn't....just sayin....Dennis
