ok guys heres what I have, replaced master cylinder but did not bench bled,I did bled the brakes also filled power steering turned wheels and added more to level. Now when I turn the wheels in park everything ok but when I put it into drive the wheel stop halfway and than there smoke and the smell of burning rubber from the dog house also the fan slows down and stops as I turn the wheel, It all goes away when I let the wheel go. Does this have anything to with the Hydro boost system?

You didn't accidentally put brake fluid into the power steering system did you? If this happened, you have brake fluid in the power steering system, and it will need to be flushed with power steering fluid. Power steering systems do not get along with brake fluid, and will exhibit these systems.

Never mind, I see you found the problem!

Run the steering wheel slowly all of the way to the right and then all of the way to the left. This should remove any air bubbles in the system. Power steering pumps do go bad and your may have a failing bearing that is causing a lot of drag.
After you bleed the system you can try spray on "belt dressing" to see if that eliminates the squeaking belts.

Ok Guys I put on all new belts and a brand new power steering pump, So now I have a whole lot of loud squealing when I turn the wheel and when I press the gas when at idle. The fan does slow down a bit but does not stop and I dont smell burning rubber. When in drive its a little better the squealing is not as bad but is still there the wheels do turn all the way. Can this be air in the line/pump ?

Look carefully at the pulleys to insure the belts are in-line. Make sure they are not rubbing against one-another.

It sounds like the belt but if you already smoked it, it needs to be replaced. When the belt wears to narrow for the pulley it will still slip when tight.

Make certain the belt is both tight and routed properly...

Sounds like a belt issue. Verify belt alignment and tensioning.

I did take the belt off and put back on again
