Winnebago Chieftain on the top side one end of slide is not going all the way out I'm getting a little water inside if I get on ladder I can pull it out a little further. Is there any adjustment I can Make to make it seal up top better it appears end toward driver is sealed. I have a slide topper was getting ready to replace fabric when I noticed slide was not seating up top.
Find the adjustment instructions for your slide. There are probably mechanical stops (threaded bolts) that can be adjusted to control where it stops, for both directions.
If powergear, search their web site as they have good technical docs.
As a thought, before you can get it fixed, you might try extending the slide with the coach slightly out of level so that the slide is extending downhill. This may help to seat it. After the slide is fully extended, then you can level the coach.
My 2008 Winnebago Destination had a drivers slide leak. My visual inspection showed most to be in order. Took it to a reliable, experienced service center and they found & fixed loose screws and worn out sealants. Next trip out, sat through an 18 hour rain storm. All was dry & snug.
Slide topper is not holding it back. After closer inspection looks like I need new rubber seal up top there is a gap at bottom on that end. Along with installing my new topper that I have.
