Speechless after picking up our Precept

I don't know where to begin, Jayco far surpassed all my expectation. We picked up our 35UN from service and the quality of workmanship in installing the sliding door, fixing my slide leak, and the other minor issues was second to none. We could not be happier with the results, and with everyone we dealt with at Jayco. Our coach is perfect for us now. Thank you to Joyce, Rodger, Scott, Danielle and Cody on jobs well done! Let the memories begin!!!!!

I bought a Class C Jayco in 1997. 2 years after warranty expired, I had a slide problem. My dealer took pictures of the slide and the opening. It was 2" out of square. The dealer sent the pics to Jayco. They told the dealer "this isn't the customer's fault.....fix it". All it cost me was a .68 tube of caulk.

To say I was impressed with Jayco is an understatement.

So, yeah, I shopped Jayco REALLY hard for my next RV.

Well, since a motorhome will most likely be in our future, when we get older, I will mot definitely consider a Jayco just because of this.

See this is awesome. Take heed vendors, that customer service means a lot!
4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.

I will without a doubt purchase another Jayco product, when we are a little closer to retirement (8 years or so) and selling one of our houses, I can see purchasing an Entegra, For now, since we only have so much time off, it's mostly weekend trips, and one to two week outings. The Precept is just what the doctor ordered!

From my experience Entegra (Jayco) are the very best in resolving the always present new coach defects, kudos to Joyce and her team!

The only request they couldn't honor was modifying my Precept into an Entegra!

It's nice to see a positive and a shout out to good service up here. So often, in fact most of the time, we see only the negatives and rarely hear back on results.
