We need to purchase new tires all around for our 2004 Fleetwood Revolution Class A diesel pusher. The prices for Goodyear and Michelin are out of sight. We can get a Hercules or a Yokahama tire much cheaper. Both have the the 16 ply and warranty for full replacement. Are these good tires? Thanks!

I have Yokohama tires(255/70-22.5) for 5 years now and 60,000 miles. They are just fine and don't ride harsh and aren't cracking.

What is the price on those?

I got 6 for my coach for $2500 out the door. It was MUCH less than any other price and almost half the price of Michelin.

I put some SAMSON tires from Camping world on about 6 months ago. Almost 5k miles on them with no issues whatsoever. I think I made a good decision.

So I guess you have to be a member to get the price break? What does a membership cost? I have heard good things about FMCA but I don't join much clubs. Maybe I need to check them out. Seems to be a better deal than what you can get by shopping around for tire guy anyway.

Mine has the 255/70/R22.5 too. Which brand is the 9R22.5? Does it change your miles indication?

With all the stories about Chinese tires here, I'd steer clear. However, if you need 9R22.5 size, that's about all you can get. I had 9R22.5s, but the chassis manual said I could also use 255R70-22.5, so I put those on. I lost an inch of ground clearnace (but gained an inch of bridge clearance).

I just installed 6 Hankooks on my Discovery. Check your load ratings, mine was an h rating or 16 ply. I know your tires are somewhat larger and I don't know the ratings on your present tires. I saved close to $200.00 a tire over the Michelin's with the FMCA discount. It seems that the Hankooks are accepted by RV.NET posters.
