Dear Friends .... After a closer look at the condition & shape of the Unit. Even though I purchased replacement part was Rather reluctant to start replacing parts.

Did a research and Purchased a New Thetford Aqua-Magic V (31646) unit which according to Thetford was an updated unit that would replace the original.

Since I would have to remove the original unit decided to replace it with their newer upgraded model Magic V. Mission accomplished! Really appreciated all the suggestions. KC

It's the Bumper Dumper, available on Amazon and other fine retailers.

Good choice! The V is also reportedly easier to repair than the IV. New probably came with the mounting seal and of course you didn't have to buy the flush valve kit. Parts prices add up.
I hope you incorporated that shutoff valve discussed in your other thread about this, and recommended by Scott again here.

Very tasteful idea! Next thing you know, everyone will want one!

People are funny about these things. When our last TT was new, I really wanted a porcelain throne so I pulled out the plastic one (used two weekends) and put in on eBay (yes, as used). Someone on the East coast paid more for it than I paid for the replacement ceramic one.

You might consider installing a shut off valve in the water supply line like your residential toity has. A toilet that keep filling the bowl is a fairly common failure and the valve keeps it from being a show stopper.

Excellent suggestion .... Have given this also some thought. However I kept the older unit as a back up. I have a carrier on the rear of Motor home. Thinking of carrying the back up unit on the carrier in case of emergencies or two people have to go at the same time?? Just a thought! ๐Ÿ™‚
