Question I have a 1997 fourwinds hot water heater stoped working I can not get the plot light light from the switch inside could the switch go bad the light will not even come on is it safe to try any light it from out side thanks for any yell

If it is a Attwood on the black box next to the plug that you unplugged.you need to kill the power source to reset it.I will pm you with contact info to talk you through it

The light on the switch would come on when I would turn it on but now the light on the switch will not come on while it's on and the pilot swill not light

Thanks unplug the board no luck where would the fusse be I have checked them there all good I don't know which is which so pulled the all

The light shouldn't come on unless there's a fault. It's not a pilot light.

If you have gas the unit is in lockout mode go outside unplug the board wait a minute with the switch on plug the plug back in it should light.if not unplug and pull the fuse reinstall plug back up and it should light
