What Did You Do To Your Class B Today ?

I see the other types of RV's having this type of thread. I did a search and could not find one here. 🙂

Yesterday, I drove mine to work to "excercise" it. I have driven it to work twice in the two weeks I have owned it.

In the two years I owned my Class C, I drove it to work ZERO times. :E

I parked it on my driveway for the first time. We picked up our new 2011 Roadtrek 190 Popular at the dealer two days ago. Spent a night in a campground for the first time. 🙂

Here is something else I had done on Wednesday.

I graveled a spot for the van.

Here it is with the Class B parked on it. The tires are muddy due to the rain on Monday and Tuesday when it was parked on grass.

Question about the gravel above: When I have the B sit there during the winter for an extended period of time, should I park the tires on flat paving stones or is it alright to have the tires on the gravel? Thanks,

Well it is over 80 degrees here in Arizona and we need to get ready for our 2 month summer business trip to Syracuse. Today removed the microwave (which was good for storage of potato chips only) and that will be the new office. Purchased a rear cargo carrier with 5" lift which will hold dog crate and food. Am mentally preparing for the $2500 gas bill which will hit soon enough once we travel. Doing a 5 day dry run to a beach in California which will be the "summer vacation".

Changed the oil and filter yesterday. I just use Walmart dino oil and change every 3k to 3.5k miles.

goreds2,

Must say your Explorer XtraVan sure is a nice looking Class B, and the Olds Hub Caps look great on it. Looks like the unit is well kept, good luck with it.

Thanks for the kind words (you too yizit)

I lucked out and got it via an Estate. It was stored indoors it's entire life. Yours is pretty nice also to say the least.

We picked up Roada from the spa. She looks really shinny and clean. Sanitized her tanks, ran the genny, a/c, reorganized, and restocked necessities. Discovered broken light above opera windows...grrrrr. Less then 3 weeks for the big trip out west. Yippie!!!

Today, I went to an indoor flea market in town and bought four much needed hub caps for only 10 bucks! The deal was so great, it did not warrant any bickering in price. I will post pictures soon. :C Amazing how it makes a difference in looks.

I cleaned the battery tray, gave it a fresh coat of rust inhibiting paint, looking good.

I hadn't been able to keep a full charge for over a year - lucky to get half a charge. Now, all four indicator lights are on. :B

Hello, what kind of battery did you get? A link would be nice. Thanks!
