The microwave and the AC both draw a lot of current. Your RV is probably 30 Amp hookup. Your garage may be 20 Amps. That would explain why the garage breaker opened. If the AC and microwave on at the same time trips the 30 Amp breaker at a CG, then don't run them both at the same time. If you are running them both, turn on the AC first, it has a high start-up current. If the cooling kicks on when they are both running it may still trip the breaker.
