What do you do for WIFI on the road

Aside from from WIFI at CG and cellular on your phone what do you use for internet access for say a lap top while on the road.

Something I didn't see mentioned here is that an iPhone on the AT&T network can handle the Personal Hotspot and cellphone calls simultaneously. I'm a "Snowbird" and use my AT&T Personal Hotspot and get 3-4 bars of LTE service at my campground in Central Florida. I think I normally use 6-8 gigs of data on a 6 gig plan. I think it's like $10 a gig for overages. The only issue I'm aware of is the Personal Hotspot uses the battery up faster on the phone. The hotspot seems much faster than any public wi-fi I've encountered.

t-mo lets you watch unlimited movies too, as long as you don't mind standard def, 480p. I think you get one 1080p movie a month, and the rest are 480p. Of course, you can pay extra for more high def 🙂

Verizon bought out Frontier Communications in the Tri/State Area and improved there signal so much we didn't need or Jetpack anymore in that area of the Southwest anymore. 480/720 those are tv resolutions not data speed

Internet for Netflix for smart tv, use Wi-Fi connection, data speed will control the resolution, Netflix does this automatically
Broadcast tv still has to come over the antenna or Satellite dish
Unless you are watching hulu over the internet

I never did iam just beginning.I have always used cable for Tv and internet where I winter
BUT Outdoor resorts in Indio have gone backwards 10 years and have gone back to only very basic SD Tv available. HD is no longer allowed there nor multiple channels packages etc
(long story) so I have to buy a sat system but bill said he gets his TV through sprint and a MiFI so I thought hey maybe get my phone interent and TV all through it as he does >?
However when I look into it the costs to get hi speed unlimted and two phone lines and HD Tv are a lot lot more than $ 45PM like suggested
