Winnebago ERA 70C

Lichtsinn RV has pictures and a video of the Winnebago ERA 70C. It looks more upscale than their other models. The interior looks great especially the kitchen with a long usable counter, tons of storage and a large fridge. It has Alde hydronic heating and that large dry bath. Fresh water is 45 gallons with 25 gray and 22 black. Other nice features are the skylight, screen door and charging station. Price is 122,939. The negative for me is that small sofa/bed.

Could anyone who has actually been inside an ERA 70C tell me if there is enough room to actually walk around the bed when it is pulled out.... thank you

:B I'd guess in the closet since that seems the usual in LTV units. My table ends up in storage because I never use tables... even at home.

The 70C looks like something that Winnebago is going to have a hit with. I really like this coach. The pull out bed does not bother me. I have a RT 210P and you have to deal with the power sofa and such. My question is about the front table. Can the table stay up all the time? Where do you store the table top? I love the dedicated shower also and the large bathroom and big sink. This is a real breakout winner!!

The main complaint on the LTV model that they have copied is from people who don't like having to put out the slide to open the bed. The second was that the fridge was too small, so they have moved it and put in a 2-door large one.

Are you asking in you can leave the table up "all the time"?? Even when you are sleeping in the bed? Obviously one can't open the bed without moving the table.

Just looking at the Winnebago website, it looks to me as pretty much a rip off copy of the Leisure Travel Free Spirit SS who were the first to put a slide here in North America in 2013.

Leisure Travel Free Spirit SS

Copied right down to the MSRP if this one is really listed at $122K (Winnebago site says it should 119K). But paying that for a Winnebago versus a Leisure Travel would be a major waste of money. Top quality RV construction and attention to detail versus a big manufacturer factory line churn em out.

You won't pay anywhere near that $119k price. $92-95k would be close....

the one that sounded sorta SIMILAR to a 70c was a pleasure way prestigue. huge rear bath, solid hinged glass door shutting it off, leather looking sofa.

The slide has to be out for the couch to be deployed as a bed, in case that question comes up

The couch can't be any wider. It has to fit the cut out where a sliding door would go on the driver's side.

Not sure I'm keen on this layout. Leery about a slideout in a van, as well as the short length of the couch - it may be better to forgo one of the closets and make the couch wider.

Lot's of clever cool features - a Winnebago hallmark. It should be a good value too - probably a transaction price around $100k without too much effort.

Another thing - at least they had the good sense to put in bigger tanks to go with that bigger bathroom. Many manufacturers don't have the good sense to do that.

It's probably a 70 A in MD. The 70C is a brand new model that just came out, (released), this past week.

I stand corrected, it is a 2013 70A. they had something that was very similar to the 70C, had a frosted glass solid swing door to the rear bath.
