Would you drive in the snow?

I am supposed to travel to Panguitch, UT tomorrow to stay at the KOA there. Unfortunately, they are expecting 1-3 inches of snow. It looks like temperatures will be above freezing most of the day.

I'm driving a 45 foot, tag axle motorhome weighing 45,000 pounds and towing a 6,500 pound Ford F-150 behind me. My route would take me across I-70 and down SR 89.

The question is, should I chance it? Or should I wait until Saturday to travel? Has anyone driven in the snow when temps are above freezing?

We prefer to travel during the Winter and have driven in the snow many times. It is no big deal if you take it easy. We always carry chains because a lot of RV parks don't have snow removal equipment. The main roads usually get cleared very quickly so travel is usually fine.
Driving during a blizzard can get tough because the defroster has trouble keeping a 4' high windshield clear.

If temperatures are above freezing I assume snow will not be sticking to the ground or accumulating? Correct? Depending on how far the drive is I would consider it If I could be assured snow is not sticking. Could be a game time decision.
I made a trip in snow once but only after verifying, snow was not sticking to road via the interstate highway camera system.
