Made this a couple nights ago-used some left over chicken with rice, can of creamed chicken soup with only 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 bag of frozen mixed vegetables, poured into a frozen pie crust, then put crescent rolls over top, drizzled a little butter & parmesan cheese on top and baked(380) for about 15 min.
REALLY good!! May cook this for potlucks-so easy! Tip: cooked the veggies with the soup until hot, then poured into pie crust. Gary

Hey Hokey Pokey,

We roasted a chicken on Monday and of course only ate about half of it. So, I cut up the remainder today and mixed by your recipe. In the DO now. The mix tasted great cold. Should be a great meal.

Thanks for the recipe.

Chuck

PS - What if the Hokey Pokey IS what it's all about?

Haha, Chuck. I give recipe credit to our daughter, the “inventive cook” of the family.
