Do you have any quick, easy appetizer recipes to take to potlucks that are not wings or BBQ to share? Thanks!

If you are looking really quick and easy:

Round Sour Dough bread loaf, hollowed out and filled with spinach dip with bread removed from middle placed around outside plate edge or in a separate bowl, to use with dip. Quick, easy, attractive and very tasty. (if you want to not make your own buy premade Spinach dip).

X10!
I make this all the time when out RV'ing and it NEVER fails to impress!
Yet it is SO easy and no mess in the MH. :C

Publix has the best tasting and hearty crust round Sour Dough bread and Rye Bread rounds for this.

And they also carry the BEST spinach/artichoke/cheese dip in little plastic containers that fit just right into the hole you make in the bread! I also add those corn chips shaped like little scoops around the bread too.

Wingers Sticky Fingers: from Copy Cat

I also bake chicken wings for this recipe.

Ingredients:
6 - tablespoons Franks Original Hot Sauce (4 - tablespoons for kids)
3/4 - cup brown sugar
4 - tablespoons water
8 - large frozen breaded chicken strips, cooked
Directions:
Bake the chicken strips according to package directions. While the chicken strips are baking prepare the sauce.
In a medium saucepan heat the hot sauce, brown sugar and water over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and sauce is heated thoroughly. About 5-10 minutes.
Remove sauce from heat and set aside until the chicken strips are ready. Place cooked chicken strips in a large plastic container.
Pour the sauce all over the and shut with the lid. Shake until all the chicken strips are coated with the sauce.
To make Sticky Fingers Wraps, place two sauce-coated chicken strips onto the tortilla. Add desired amount of cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Wrap up and serve.

My go to is Antipasto Skewers. I use 4" or 6" skewers. My usual combo for each skewer is one jumbo olive, one piece of salami, one marinated mozzarella ball, one basil leaf and one cherry tomato. That being said, the possibilities are endless. Add other olives or cheeses, pepperoni, pepperoncini, marinated artichoke hearts, tortellini, whatever you want. You can even make them meatless if you want. They make a beautiful presentation, they don't have to be cooked, they can be made up well ahead of time, they're easy and they're healthier than many appetizers. I always get compliments on them.

An easy ham rollup:

5 slices of square deli ham sliced thicker
whipped cream cheese
dill pickle spears - slice in half lengthwise
toothpicks

dry a slice of ham lay flat on cutting board
spread with whipped cream cheese
lay dry pickle spear
roll up and spear with 3 toothpicks cut into bite size pieces and stand upright on platter so the middle is showing.

Simple, yet delish!

I make these with green onions instead of pickles. My aunt made it for a church dinner seems no one was worried about onion breath!

Thank you I will def try this!

Love the stuffed jalapenos and ham/pickle rollups. Have made them both many times.

Costco meatballs with grape jelly and chili sauce.

Velveeta with chili and Ro-tel. Serve with tortilla chips.

Block of cream cheese with cocktail sauce over the top and salad shrimp on top. Serve with crackers.

Have you looked on Pinterest? That's where I get most of my recipes.

Loving the dill pickle addition:).

A friend from MI does similar with roast beef, spreadable cheese, strained salas (so it isn't too wet) and scallions. She rolls them tight, lets them firm up in the fridge and no toothpicks needed! I think she cuts each into 5 or 6 pieces.

I never knew this recipe actually existed until some women on another forum I frequent insisted they weren't "snipe hunting".

Still haven't tried it BUT I still have a bucket list....

We made this for Christmas Eve dinner party and it went so fast that we made it again for NYE. So easy and delicious. Note: We made the pico de gallo from scratch.

5 Layer Wreath Dip:

1 can refried beans
shredded cheese
pico de gallo
sour cream
guacamole
1 Tbsp. lime juice
cilantro and 3 cherry tomato halves

How it's made:
Place a glass upside down in the center of a springform pan. Spread out desired amount of beans, then cheese, then pico de gallo, then sour cream, then guacamole. Drizzle on lime juice, and sprinkle on chopped cilantro. Place 3 cherry tomato halves in a cluster to look like holly berries.
Place in freezer for 15 minutes. Remove spring form. Serve with tortilla chips!
No person is completely worthless ... one can always serve as a bad example.
