I've tried the cream cheese based pizza and didn't like that so much, but this one tastes amazing! I always pre-cook any raw meat before adding to the pizza.

Cauliflower Base Pizza

You can't taste the cauliflower at all!

So my homemade pizza with sourdough whole wheat crust, fat free cheese, and crushed tomatoes is 3 WW points per slice. I got to wondering why this cauli one is more points. I guess the cheese in it is full fat?

I made this a couple of weeks ago.

If I could only have this as pizza, I would give up pizza. It was horrible. A friend stopped by just as I was pulling "the crust" out of the oven. We both spit it in the garbage. ACK.

Your mileage may vary.

I am curious. Do you bake the ground beef or fry it first? I am wondering about the grease removal.

No, I made it like a meatloaf with extra lean ground beef and turkey. Some egg whites, some Parmesan, and seasonings. Bake that for 15 min or so, top it, and bake the rest of the way.

Oh, man, that sounds and looks good. Going to have to give that a try. I'm a sucker for pizza, and it ain't because of the crust!
