I've only been dealing with CW for about 4 months now, across 3 states, and I get the distinct impression that the "reigns are loose". That is, CW has grown too quickly and their "management team" needs some hard scrutiny.
At my local store: Well stocked, nice employees in general but if I am paying premium prices for service I expect to GET premium service.....and details matter.....A LOT.
They had ME fill out the header fields of the work order when I arrived. They have all of that in the computer; NOT MY JOB to fill out their paperwork.
When I left, I noticed there was no "reminder sticker" on the windshield for the next oil change. My service advisor said " Sorry but we don't have any. Haven't had any for a while now."
WHAT ?? This is pathetic.
After spending close to $800 for some fairly simple service, I expect better than that. MUCH BETTER.
I stopped at Auto Zone and got a free sticker.
