All of a sudden, my computer has started to do the strangest things, words are underlined and when I accidentally hover near one, I get some advertisement. It saids online.com but I can't find a program on my computer If anyone knows how to get rid of it, I would appreciate it.

I find if I catch it soon enough I can do a quick system restore and it might remove it.
NOT a recovery just system restore to an earlier date

Probably what's called a "Browser Helper Object", kind of like a browser add-on. Download Malwarebytes, run it and it should get rid of your problem.
