Great news! Woodall's FREE iPhone App is now available in the iTunes store. Download it at http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/woodalls-rv-camping-copilot/id445868562?mt=8, or simply search "Woodall's" under Apps.

It features 12,000 campgrounds & RV parks, and over 1,000 popular attractions across North America, and is ideal for iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.

PLUS - Woodall's is having a contest and you could win $250. All you have to do is download the App, try it, and write a review in BOTH the iTunes store and the Woodall's Facebook page (Facebook.com/Woodalls)and you'll automatically be entered to win. Don't forget to include your iTunes handle on the Facebook page, so we know it was you!

If you would like to give me personal feedback, you may email me, Genevieve, at gbranco@woodalls.com. I am the Marketing Director for Woodall's and I'm happy to hear your suggestions for version 2.

Thanks and have a great day!

Hi - I work at Good Sam and wanted to let you know that the Android version of the Good Sam Camping app has been released.

You can find this in the Google Play store at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.goodsam.gscamping&hl=en

And if you have an iPhone and haven't already updated to the latest version visit the Apple App store or go to:
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/good-sam-camping/id449060020?mt=8

Thanks,

The good news is that Good Sam will have access to the 10-20% of smart phone users by maintaining only an iPhone version!
Sad to see such a valuable asset (to me and Good Sam) left to lay waste in iTunes land.
What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
Can't we all just get along?

I do not like iPhones, no memory card slot and no keyboard for these old eyes. I am on my third HTC with a keyboard and love it.

Hello all. I've been searching for an Android app for a while now and it seems that Goodsam is not willing to give us an answer as to if or when they are going to offer us an Android app.

Needs an Android version. I never use my Apple tablet anymore.
Comments would be good also. Would be nice to add notes for each along with favorite campsite numbers, etc.

I inquired about this several months back and was put in touch with someone involved with the website. I posed my question to him several times and got no reply so I don't think they're interested. So I started to write my own.

Don't hold your breath, it has been 11 months since they introduced the IOS version. It is obviously not a priority for them.

Hello Mr Lemonis it's got to be approaching a year now since the Iphone app came out. When can we Android users expect to see a Android version of this app?
Good Sam has been saying soon for a long time.

I echo Barney's comment. When is an Android version coming out? We do travel with a laptop and have the Woodalls and MS Streets and Trips installed on it. But using our smart phones would be convenient.

I've had it for a couple of months and I do like it and use it. For some of the reasons mentioned above there are a few other Campsite apps I use more. At this point yours is only a backup.

I agree, very good for version 1. I like it, but I'd like it even better if you crowd-sourced it a bit by allowing folks to add parks they know about that you don't mention, as well as correct errors discovered by going there.
