Need advice for air card recommendation

We will be traveling again this summer and will need an air card for my wi-fi. In the past I had a Virgin Mobile and I had a lot of dead zones. Is there one that has good coverage thru-out the USA. Our cell phone is Verizon. Would appreciate some help on this matter. Thank you in advance.

AT&T, we use it for home and on the road. Plus they offer roll over data now/again. Our little hotspot is fast and covers all of the locations in the midwest that we go. will see how it is this summer going north to Canada and west.
Data in Canada will be expensive and you may have to buy a Canadian device.

We add Canadian phone service to our Verizon cell for $15/month while we are in Canada. It works on their Telus towers. No data. Call before you enter Canada and after you return.

In Canada we used WiFi but did not connect to financial sites. Just prepared for that ahead of time and after we returned to the US. Worked out on every trip including the one to Alaska. Be advised that remote areas in Canada may not have cell service by any provider.

It may be your locations, but my experience (I carry an AT&T iPhone & a Verizon MiFi) has been much better coverage away from main roads & cities with Verizon. While there have been a few parts of the country where the opposite is true (parts of Maine, for example) most of the southwest had better Verizon service.

East coast ATT is best in our experience. (32 states) (Verizon does not own any towers in Kentcuky and is spotty in Florida.)

West coast: Verizon, hands down.

Sprint mobile broadband usb.

Bought in 2006 and still using it 2015. Have never been without a signal.

AND with true no throttling 'unlimited' data. I just pray every day the usb stick doesn't ever break where I have to replace it and loose my unlimited data! :W

I am not a fan of Verizon but they have the best coverage

AT&T is improving fast

And that is all i can add. I use T-mobile,, My phone acts as a Hot Spot

T-Mobile plan gives me 7GIG of high speed data and unlimted 3-G (There are limts on how much I can pass to computers but Ive never even come close) Plus a 10 Gig "Data Stash" (rollover bytes)

The phone also has unlimted voice and text for under 100/month (under90)

Of course where I am parked for the near future, I get unlimited...NO SIGNAL, but park Wi-Fi is great and the phone has no problems with VoIP connections.
Home was where I park it. but alas the.

I have traveled in my RV all over the USA and rarely had a spot that did not work with Verizon both voice & data. I use my phone as a hot spot. Verizon isn't perfect but it's the best out there at least in my experience.

When you didn't have Wifi, did you still have a cell signal.
If so then you answered your own question.
I don't have verizon, but plan on getting a Mifi with them.
