I just briefly checked two of them, and McAfee(now Intel Security) received significantly higher scores in protection and performance. In fact, they improved the PC version immensely over the past couple of years where it typically used to rate average at best. But still wouldn't recommend it for MAC. My vote would be for McAfee(Intel), especially if you are getting it for free.
