Both Coach Net & GS ERS are calling the same tow truck companies. If the tow service is closed on a Sunday or holiday doesn't matter which service you have.

Coach Net. No question. More coverage hours - weekends holidays, and they will go out of network if they have to. GS won't. Don't ask me how I know. Was told by a tow driver Coachnet is hands down the best RSA.

From posts on here they both seem to do a pretty good job. Don't see many complaints. There does seem to have been more complaints about Good Sam than Coach-Net, but still those numbers are low.

They're both good if you never need them.
I started with Coach-Net. First time my awning started to unfurl. Pulled off the expressway and gave them a call. They couldn't get anybody to come out on Sunday,(It was Father's Day) and told me to limp down the road to an RV park and they'd be there on Monday.
Second time was in Williamsburg, Va. I had a flat tire, but was already in American Heritage. They showed up 12 hours later.
So I'm now with Good Sam. Haven't needed to call them yet, but it couldn't be much worse.
Retired and visiting as much of this beautiful country as I can.

You will get many opinions on this. The only thing that drove me to Coach Net was the price. My dealer got about a 30% discount over Good Sam. I will have to see when renewal comes around. The coverage seemed very comparable between the two. I have never had to file a claim so have no experience in that area.

Normally new RVs come with one year of Coach net for free paid for by manufacturer. Most deales don't convey that info. Did you get that plus a 30% discount on the rest of the period? If so I would have jumped on that deal.
