Horrible customer service

Has anyone else experienced horrible customer
Service with Good Sam financing I received my approval but have tried for over a week to get someone to answer my questions I have tried calling customer service I’ve called and left messages from my point of contact with no luck has anybody been able to reach a manager or anything to help answer questions

Sadly I second gbopp's comments.. I sometimes tell the tail of 3 calls to cuss-some-more/customer service
Hughes (2-way sat internet) 7 hours and no resolution
Xantrex when their Customer service was US based
A couple minutes to get the RMA and about 10 more to get additional info to keep it from happening again.

Workorse (Troy MI) did not get past the fall screner (A real human) as she had my answer.. Total time about 1 minute or less.
Home was where I park it. but alas the.
2005 Damon Intruder 377 Alas declared a total loss
after a semi "nicked" it. Still have the radios
Kenwood TS-2000, ICOM ID-5100, ID-51A+2, ID-880 REF030C most times

I am wondering about the outcome with twinning. I hope it all worked out. I have applied, been approved and I called my contact person and left message, and emailed a couple of times. Now I'm waiting for a reply from them. I hope they reply in a timely manner. My unit is waiting for me.

Not defending GS, but there is a pandemic going on. Employees are likely working all remote and the workforce has been reduced. I've seen an impact to service times in every business I've dealt with.

had a rv of some sort for forty years, and service,, quality,,have never improved they,gotten worse.

More and more companies are going from Customer Service Departments.
To Cuss-Some More non-service departments.

I dropped good Sam years ago for that very reason. I’ve never used the financing branch but the rest of it was equally bad.
