(sound of sharp buzzer) WRONG ANSWER. A co-worker of mine has a friend who is currently sitting in jail as a result of this type of one-upmanship. Neighborly feuds become deadly way too often. If it's wrong for the neighbor to harass then why is it right for you to do so?
I'd be interested in what the ticket said as well. Perhaps there's an ordinance the OP is unaware of. I have no idea of my town ordinances as we always kept ours in the back yard.
