2012 Suzuki SX4 Flat Tow

I need some help. I have a Suzuki SX4 which I would like to flat tow. I am confused over the transmission. I have a shiftable automatic, I can put it in auto or it has a "manual" mode in which I can shift through 6 gears.

It has a "mode" button on the console which I can put it in 2wd or AWD. There is also a "Auto" mode on that switch too.

Looking at the REMCO site, if I choose 2 spd CV transmission it is trailer only, but if I select 6 sp manual it is flat towable. It doesn't list the shiftable automatic. So I am confused as to what I have...

Any help is appreciated.

2012 Motorhome Dinghy Tow Guide say it is 4 down towable with manual trans. Not auto trans. Sounds like you have auto transmission, so as a safe bet, I would say, not towable 4 down.

First off, I am not familiar with your vehicle, but in my opinion, your auto transmission with manual shift mode, is a trailer only. With the 6-speed actual manual transmission, with clutch, and maybe manual transfer case shift lever, the transfer case could be shifted to neutral, allowing towing 4-down.
