I have seen a few campers that have roof air conditioning units but do not have an opening in the interior ceiling under the rooftop unit. The return air is from duct runs in the ceiling with the intake grilles spread out in that duct. Not the conventional 14x14 grid looking central air intake grille. My question is > How are these a/c units secured to the roof? With no inside ceiling opening they are not mounted the conventional way.
How are they mounted?
