I guess that’s why I spent hours in the freezing cold on the side of I-79 during a white-out while GS RSA argued with various tow operators who wanted to take customers willing to pay full pop ahead ahead of their discounted rates.

Lost almost two-thirds of its IPO value. Seems they hope to stop the bleeding but it may also just be a reflection of the market overall. As Campfire time said it may or may not help.
