The DW and I have been riding the golfcart around ocean lakes cg and the number of RV's with delam is crazy. I think alot of them are stored here and not taken care. So much money just wasted due to lack of maintenance.
I saw a brand new Class A around $200K at an RV show that had some bubbles the diameter of basket balls on the rear cap. I wonder if the prospective owners will notice.

When I owned my 5er I had delam problems and most of it was unknowingly my fault. The Florida rains were unmerciful to it and my lack of care to my roof caused the problem. So now with my MH I have a 40 foot cover that shields my aluminum roof from the rain. Plus I keep my roof seals well dressed. Lesson painfully learned.
When the RV industry makes changes i.d. sandwich walls, rubber roofing, now frameless windows it seems never really a benefit to the consumer. More for them. I'm old school all the way.
