THe first question has already been asked (Batteries charged?)
Now... Find your owner's manual bag, Find the owner's manual for the awning, Also in the bag should be a wire pair (black/red) with a "Flat 2) connector on it,, This is your first level emergency cord and I suspect it won't help.
Now. Using a GOOD 12 volt DC source (IE: your car) try unplugging the motor (There is a plug near the end of the front awning arm) and hooking in this cable then try to run it up using this cable, One way is IN one way is OUT,
If this does not work the motor is likely bad. The manual will tell you to remove a screw or two and manually crank it up (Oh, before you do this inside th ebag should be a common manual awning pull down strap, Slide this into the vacant slot (it sliides in from the rear)
If you remove the screws that hold the motor to the end bracket you WILL break a wire, if you remove the bolt that holds the end bracket to the arm, you won't. But it will be harder to re-assemble when closed.
