Entry Door Window, how do I get privacy at night?

Any suggestions on how I add privacy.... like a
curtain, shades, blinds, louvers, etc.

My MH has a curtain with 3 snaps that hangs down from the inside wall, in front of the entry door window.
And is very awkward going in and out of door, since this curtain is always hanging in front of me.

Does anybody make a entry door window with blinds between 2 panes of glass?
Electric operated?

Any and all other ideas appreciated. Thanks..

If it's glass you could get some of that etching stuff and paint it on, Or is there any such thing as adhesive backs see-through material that you could cut to fit on the window to make it opaque ? Curtains wouldn't work with mine as it would interfere with the screen door.

I installed a 19" wide mini blind to cover my clear door window. It was 3.99 from Lowes. It looks and works great!

You could change the glass to frosted. Our 5th wheel came with it in the door window.
We also use the foil bubble wrap attached with a couple of short strips of white velcro
to cut the light,when needed.

You just do not have a problem. They sell venetian blinds that fit RV doors, they also sell nifty little roll up blinds that attach right to your door. They have Bali type accordion style blinds that will fit your door in hundreds of different shades. They all roll up out of the way or pull down to suit your needs. They are never in the way.

Mount a room darkener window shade on the inside of the door. Mine came with one from the factory.

Not to sound like too much of a smart a$$ but there are several things available to use. Most Auto Window Tinting shops carry window films from hardly noticeable to almost total black out, There are many variations of the Velcro attached curtain. During storage I use the mylar covered bubble wrap(Reflectix) cut close enough that friction keeps it in place. Most RV's have screen doors so exterior shades can be used.

Personally I find the standard old roll up shade works fine. Ours is attached to the sidewall above the aluminum door frame and YES after we close it at night, we have to retract it and when we're back inside, lower it. Not too big an inconvenience for once or twice an evening. The only time we use the shade is at night, during the day, there are things this old snoop likes seeing so the window is uncovered.

Carefree makes several shades, from total block out to mild, manual to motorized, AutoMotion Shade too. I couldn't see any specifically for entry doors.

There is a company that makes high end shades for MoHos. Several makes have them as standard equipment, I'm sure they have been approached with this situation and have an answer.

I'm sure you could come up with something simple.

I notice doing a google search these slide curtains might do the job...
