RM is a company that is a full time gig @ minimum wage. Unless they have changed, the site is NOT free, but a reduced site fee is deducted from your pay. Juniper Springs is very busy and the gate is open from 6 AM to 8 PM. You also have a canoe rental on site that requires you to shuttle from a take out on Hwy 19 back to the springs. The ticks are horrendous and you will do a tick check every couple hours. The regional manager does NOT allow the onsite manager to manage, as she micro manages every decision they make. We left there after one summer and went to the oil fields as gate guards and the work was 10X easier in the oil patch....... Just a heads up of what to expect.
