There are a few issues here. Make sure the op has the proper paper work and is in fact the registered owner. Also ensure the trailer is completely road worthy.
There are some legal considerations. If you are towing for hire you need to be licensed and insured accordingly. You might 'rent' the trailer for a few days if the owner's insurance allows it to get around that. If you tow another person's trailer without proper coverage and get into an accident you could have an expensive mess to deal with. Who pays for the damage?
