So now I got it all figured out it was definitely their plug... does that make them liable for my blown tv?????
Thank you all so much for your time it's been a big help
You can certainly ask them, and they may accept responsibility. I know they are expensive, but you might consider investing in an Electrical Management System which would have protected your electronics from being damaged and told you what the problem was. A TV isn't too expensive to replace, but if it had been your AC, it would have been a different story.
I use this EMS for my 50 amp protection:

Nice so that is basically just a huge surge protector you plug into pedestals before you plug in your rig?
Much more than a "surge protector". It will catch over/under volgage, over/under frequency, bad grounds and wiring. If the condition exceeds certain thresholds, it will shut down the electricity before you fry something.

Every other breaker is the clue that proves one hot leg is dead.
Could be the pedestal receptacle, the power cord, or inside the breaker box. Start testing at the pedestal receptacle.

Start with the easy things first. You've lost one leg of your 50Amp service. Unplug from the pedestal and make sure you have power on both legs.
