That would make you illegal in many states just driving down the road.
What is your total length?

I'd agree. 60' plus the tow bar plus the toad could easily exceed 75 feet, the max in some states.

We may not get an answer from the OP.

What is the diameter of the rope? Average length of rope is based on a calculation using the average diameter.

Does that apply to twine also?..:@

You can use the same rope formula above, but remember that you will need to convert the answers to millimeters to get the correct length of twine

Another interesting issue that comes up measuring length is the size of the measuring instrument. To some degree, the smaller the instrument, the greater the length.

For example, measure a coast line using a satellite with perhaps 10 meter per pixel resolution, and then the same coast using an airplane with 50 centimeters per pixel you'll get two lengths that are quite different.

The average length doesn't matter, if you're too long. I've seen sites that could hold a semi pulling double and some that were too short for a Jeep Wrangler pulling a pop-up. Its more a matter of a space that's limited by an immovable object like a tree or the space between two roads. And that varies a lot.
I overnighted in a CG in Calgary, BC that had spots that were so long that they had full hookups at each end of every individual parking site. I've been asked the total length of my rig more than once.
That being said, 60ft. and towing a car will limit available spaces at almost any CG. There's no money in limiting the number of spaces in a CG to accommodate the rare rig that needs that much room.
Retired and visiting as much of this beautiful country as I can.

There is nothing average about CG sites.

x2. we've been to places a 20' trailer is about the longest you can fit and others where the smallest site would handle my 60' overall w/o unhooking and plenty of spare room.
