Does anyone know of a resource like this one for Park Models? I just sold my TT and tow vehicle because of health reasons but I am not ready to give up visiting the ocean many times a year.
I considered a Class C or even an A but I'm thinking that they may present maintenence issues that I can no longer deal with. I then discovered Park Models which I thought were just TTs with the tanks removed. I learned that they could be a cost effective way to satisfy our need to visit the beach without breaking the bank. The beachside community we love to visit is in a somewhat economically depressed area so land is pretty cheap especially with today's interest rates. I also don't think that zoning would be an issue there.
There are many versions with steel roofs, lofts, porches and siding so that they look a lot less than a TT and more like a residence. They are small but that is what we need. I'd like to learn more about them. If you have any knowledge to share or websites to visit, please let me know. Thanks.
